Cozzoli offers a wide range of automatic vial filling machines for the pharmaceutical industry. Capable of handling vial sizes up to 100 ml and speeds up to 400 per minute, our vial filling machines can be customized to fit any of your liquid vial filling needs.
Vial filling is performed by our new Vanrx Dynamic Peristaltic Pump. The pump offers a 10x improvement in variability versus conventional peristaltic pumps. The pump’s accuracy level extends down to 0.1 mL — addressing a notable weakness of conventional peristaltic pumps losing accuracy at or below 1.0 mL.
Machine is suitable to wash 2ml to 100 ml Vials with the help of change parts, Vial feeds through feed worm to indeed Star Wheel and specially designed Gripper hold the Vial from neck and invert the Vial and move it further on rotary moving system for washing process.
The vial flip off cap sealing machine could work in conjunction with the vial crimping machine to crim and/or de-cap vials. Provided with adjustable height, the vial crimper is easy to operate. The vials are supplied on the in feed conveyor belt to the pick up turn of cap chute.
